Even when I’m feeling the burn, Alice is making jokes and encouraging us which makes it feel a lot easier and enjoyable. She gives good instructions, good vibes, good music and good demonstrations to make sure we’re all on track. Going to her barre class is one of the highlights of my week and it’s a great form of fitness. Since starting i feel stronger, more flexible and my stability is improving. absolutely love it!“
